IDK - Powder 121
Length: 175 cm
Width: 121mm
Weight: 1500 grams per ski
Fully Rockered - Production Build
Description:
A powder ski performs in a unique environment. The IDK 121’s interacts with the snow differently than a non-powder ski.
The surface area of the tail is reduced and blended with the flex pattern in a measured manner to create just enough give to keep you centered on your skis when floating in the steep, yet also extend firmness just enough so that you can recover if you get back on your skis
The flex pattern and reduced tip rise of the front of the ski is balancedto prevent the tips from independently steering the front of the ski when under the snow and soft enough to absorb varying surfaces of terrain and densities of snow.
The middle of the ski is firm, and wider than a non-powder ski. It provides the float right under your feet where it is easiest to control.
These skis are great with all terrain bindings for skinning into non lift access, powder areas.
